Shedeur Sanders has built his reputation on individual spotlight, and NFL fans have delivered it once again as despite limited playing time,
the Cleveland Browns rookie has earned unexpected Pro Bowl recognition that reflects league-wide appreciation.

Sanders has appeared in only five NFL games, but fan voting placed him among the top 10 quarterbacks for the Pro Bowl. That support illustrates how quickly his personality, poise, and college pedigree have resonated.

According to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, Sanders ranked tenth in quarterback votes as of Monday morning, despite barely cracking the rotation.

With three weeks remaining, the surge highlights his popularity beyond box scores as he continues to become a cult hero in Cleveland since being taken in the fifth round of the 2025 NFL Draft.

"He brings an energy of his own," Alex Wright said, per the Browns. "Shedeur has been the same person since he stepped foot in Cleveland.

"He's always the happy-go-lucky person that's in the locker room, always shaking people's hands, making jokes and stuff like that.

"And then when it's time to put on the pads and put on the helmet, it's time to work."

Fan voting shows Sanders trailing only established names like Drake Maye, Josh Allen, Matthew Stafford, Dak Prescott, Patrick Mahomes, Jordan Love, Caleb Williams, Jared Goff, and Sam Darnold, a remarkable list to join so early.

Sanders would be the first to downplay the honor, but the recognition reflects years of effort to engage with the fans and community dating back to his time in the NCAA with the Colorado Buffaloes.

His collegiate career ended with his jersey retired, cementing his influence before reaching the NFL after he helped turn the franchise around under the tutelage of his father, Deion Sanders - dubbed Coach Prime.

Police confirmed Monday that Nick Reiner, 32, the son of filmmaker Rob Reiner, has been arrested on homicide charges after his father and mother were found dead in their Los Angeles home. An official with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department stated Nick Reiner is being held in a Los Angeles County jail with a $4 million bond. Police said they found two bodies at the Reiners home at 3:40 p.m. in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles on Sunday, whom they did not identify. Other officials confirmed the victims were Reiner, 78, and his wife Michele, 68.
