In a harrowing testimony during Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial, Bryana “Bana” Bongolan, a close friend of singer Cassie Ventura, recounted a terrifying 2016 incident where Combs allegedly lifted her over a 17 th -story balcony railing at Ventura’s Los Angeles apartment. “For a split second I was thinking about if I was going to fall, but for the most part he was yelling at me, so I was trying to answer him,” Bongolan, 33, told the jury.

Legendary Motown singer, Smokey Robinson has filed a defamation lawsuit against 4 of his ex – employees who had accused him of rape. He is currently using the women for defamation of character and elder abuse. The women, who filed a $50 million lawsuit anonymously, allege that Robinson sexually assaulted them multiple times between 2007 and 2024 while they were employed as housekeepers. They also accuse Robinson’s wife, Frances, of enabling the abuse and creating a hostile work environment.
