Cardi B is celebrating major life changes after welcoming her fourth child — and her first with boyfriend Stefon Diggs. The rapper confirmed the birth in a November 13 Instagram post, where she reflected on entering what she described as a new phase marked by fresh beginnings, personal growth, and renewed focus. In the post, she explained that recent months have brought major shifts in her life, including releasing a new album, expanding her family, and embracing a mindset centered on becoming the strongest version of herself for her children.
Cardi shared the news alongside a video set to “Hello” from her album Am I the Drama?, and later revealed on Instagram Stories that the baby is a boy. Though she showed pink, floral strollers in the clip, she clarified that her love of “girly things” didn’t reflect the baby’s gender. Diggs had previously confirmed they were expecting a son.
A representative for the rapper also confirmed the birth, saying she is “healthy and happy.” The baby marks a new milestone for Cardi and Diggs, whose relationship became public in mid-2025 after months of speculation. The New England Patriots wide receiver already has two daughters from a previous relationship, while Cardi shares three children — Kulture, Wave, and Blossom — with her estranged husband, Offset.
She first revealed her pregnancy during a September interview on CBS Mornings, sharing that she felt strong, supported, and determined as she balanced motherhood, recording new music, and preparing for the next stage of her career. She also emphasized how important it was for both her and Diggs to support each other while navigating busy schedules and the demands of their growing family.
This year has been professionally defining as well. Cardi released Am I the Drama?, her second studio album, which debuted at the top of the Billboard charts and secured her place in history as the first female rapper to have her first two albums open at No. 1. She has also begun gearing up for her biggest tour yet, set to launch in early 2026, noting that she is already preparing mentally and physically for the shows.
For Cardi, the arrival of her son symbolizes another meaningful step in a year filled with change — one she says she is entering “better than ever,” ready to embrace what comes next.
