YOUTUBER AND RAPPER YUNG FILLY FACES RAPE AND ASSAULT CHARGES IN AUSTRALIA

British YouTuber and rapper Yung Filly, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, is facing serious charges in Australia. The 29-year-old internet personality has been accused of four counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault causing bodily harm, and one count of obstructing a person's normal breathing by applying pressure to their neck. These charges stem from an alleged incident in his Perth hotel room on September 28, 2024, after performing at a venue in Hillarys.

EX-BOYFRIEND OF DIDDY’S LATEST ACCUSER SAYS HE WAS OFFERED $3 MILLION FROM THE ALLEGED VICTIM TO GO ALONG WITH THE STORY.

Music mogul Sean Diddy Combs was arrested and charged with numerous crimes including sexual harassment and trafficking. His latest victim, Thalia Graves filed a lawsuit against him, claiming that he and his then bodyguard Joseph Sherman raped her in 2001. She claims the two recorded themselves violently raping her while she was dating one of Diddy’s employees. She went ahead to allege she was dragged and taken into a room at the bad boy building.

According to TMZ, Thalia might be lying after the news outlet obtained text messages between the couple, trying to sue Diddy because “he’s the one that has the money.” In the text messages, she offered him $3M to back up her story. The message then shows Graves telling her then boyfriend that if he corroborates her story of assault, she’ll pay him, allegedly typing, “What do you n$3 mil?”

TMZ spoke to the man and he confirmed that the text messages were real. He claims that he believed she was trying to bribe him, therefore, blocked her on all platforms shortly after. Diddy’s team apparently have copies of the leaked text messages between Graves and her ex-boyfriend. This comes after Grave broke down in tears after filing the lawsuit, saying, “I’m glad he’s locked up, but that’s a temporary feeling of relief.”

According to Complex, Gloria Allred, Graves’ attorney, claims that Diddy is just the latest example of a wealthy man using his status to attempt to silence a victim. Allred told the outlet that she wasn’t buying the text message story and that “our client is looking forward to her day in court.” It is allegedly believed that Graves asked Diddy’s then bodyguard, to go along with her story. He shared them on social media, claiming that people are using his name as a scapegoat, saying, “You’ve got the wrong name, I’ve never seen you… I’ve never been in the same room as you.”

BUSINESS TITAN RATA TATA DIES AT AGE 86

Business titan Ratan Tata, who transformed the Tata Group into a $100 billion global powerhouse, was cremated Thursday in Mumbai with full state honors. He died Wednesday night at age 86 at Breach Candy Hospital after being in intensive care since Monday.

Thousands gathered at the National Centre for Performing Arts, where his Indian flag-draped casket lay in state before being taken to Worli crematorium. Maharashtra declared a day of mourning, and Gujarat followed suit, ordering flags at half-mast and canceling government entertainment events.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who attended the funeral alongside Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and other officials, said Tata would be remembered as "a beacon of patriotism and integrity." The state cabinet has urged the central government to award him the Bharat Ratna,
India's highest civilian honor.

During his 1991-2012 tenure as chairman, Tata orchestrated landmark acquisitions including Jaguar Land Rover, Tetley Tea, and Corus Steel. Former President Ram Nath Kovind highlighted Tata's unique approach: "Most industrialists set up industries for money, but he always emphasized national interest."

The outpouring of grief extended beyond business circles. Actor Aamir Khan, who paid his respects, stated, "The contribution of Ratan Tata to the country is priceless." Even his rescue dog, Goa, was present at the viewing, accompanied by Tata employees – a testament to his well-known love for animals.

UK Business Secretary Jonathan Reynolds acknowledged Tata's impact, calling him "truly a titan of the business world" who "played a huge role in shaping British industry." The Tata Group remains one of the UK's largest employers.

External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, who worked with Tata on the US-India CEO forum, noted, "I can't remember anybody in the world of industry who's evoked this kind of emotion among people across a very wide cross-section. It is truly seen as a national loss."

Born in 1937 into a Parsi family, Tata studied at Cornell University before joining Tata Industries in 1962. His rise through various group companies led to his appointment as chairman by his predecessor, JRD Tata. Beyond business, he was known for his modesty and philanthropic work in healthcare, education, and animal welfare. In the year 2008, he was accorded the Padma Vibhushan award, which is India's second-highest honor to civilians.

The three-day funeral rituals will continue at his Colaba residence, marking the end of an era in Indian industry.

Terryon Ishmael Thomas, famously known as Mr. Prada was arrested in Dallas, Texas in connection to the death of a 69 year old therapist and life coach in Baton Rouge. District Attorney Hillar Moore said the charge changed from second-degree murder to first-degree murder because of the victim’s age. During the investigation, Thomas was identified as a person of interest in connection to the death of local therapist William Abraham.

LUPITA NYONG'O CONFIRM JOSHUA JACKSON BREAKUP

Less than a year after igniting romance rumors with the former cast member of Dawson's Creek, the Oscar winner revealed that she is single and that Yoyo, her cat, is the only guy in her life.

In an interview that was published on October 9 in Harper's Bazaar UK, Lupita stated, My love for my cat is singular. If I'm ever so lucky to be in a romantic relationship again, it'll be because of him.

Regarding the orange tomcat, she went on, I was prepared to close that door, lock it, and bolt it. He's made sure my heart stays open.

In October 2023, Lupita adopted Yoyo from the Best Friends Animal Society. That same month, she and Joshua were spotted together at a Janelle Monáe performance in Los Angeles.

In order to celebrate Lupita's 41st birthday, the couple went on a PDA-filled vacation to Mexico in March, which elevated their relationship to a new level.

Joshua was married to model Jodie Turner-Smith for four years prior to their romance, and she filed for divorce last year. Jodie, who has a 4-year-old daughter with the Dr. Death actor, stated that their official date of separation is September 13, 2023, in court filings.

Lupita dated sports commentator Selema Masekela for approximately a year prior to declaring their breakup, prior to her relationship with Joshua. In an October 2023 Instagram Story, she stated, It is necessary for me to share a personal truth and publicly dissociate myself from someone I can no longer trust. I find myself in a season of heartbreak because of a love suddenly and devastatingly extinguished by deception.

But I am reminded that the magnitude of the pain I am feeling is equal to the measure of my capacity for love, Lupita continued at the time. I'm making the decision to deal with the suffering, developing the bravery to accept my life as it is, and having faith that this too shall pass.

In retrospect, the actress from Black Panther feels that her split from Selema was a learning experience for her.

You frequently ask yourself, Why? Which indicators were present? How come I missed them? If so, what prevented me from acting upon them? she posed to Harper's Bazaar UK. Reliving events and reflecting, Oh, I experienced this anxiety, but I disregarded it, is another thing. Why did I overlook it?

Even though Lupita has no regrets about expressing her emotions so freely, she now wishes to go on and keep her relationships—breakups and all—out of the public eye.

It’s hard enough to go through heartbreak privately, she noted. When the world has an image of you in relation to someone else, it prolongs the healing process because the memory is emblazoned in the public domain.

Rapper Nicki Minaj has been going viral for the past few days, with fans coming to her defense, after her ex-boyfriend, Safaree Samuels attends her Miami tour. Safaree had previously joked about attending one of Minaj’s concerts. Videos surfaced on social media after the show and captured the fellow artist having a great time, excitedly rapping along to some of the Queens rapper’s hits. Safaree was sporting a denim vest
and matching jeans, sunglasses, and a drink in his hand.

“I’m proud no cap… a lot of y’all will never understand but there is no malice in me… I’m proud,” the father of two tweeted following the show. Nicki Minaj and Safaree were once the “hottest” couple in Hollywood, however, their breakup affected their professional and personal life. They were aspiring rappers who both shared a mutual passion for Hip Hop. Prior to their professional journey together that kicked off a few years after they met, the pair started dating. Their partnership would eventually last for over a decade.

Nicki Minaj is currently married to her childhood sweetheart, Kenneth Petty while Safaree has two children with ex-wife Erica Mena. After the pair broke up in 2014, more than a decade after they met, Safaree claimed he had played a huge role in Minaj’s career. He claimed he wrote most of her songs, something she has been disputing. Minaj fired back, claiming Safaree was simply trying to tear her down.

Following Safaree attending Nicki’s Miami tour, fans seem to be divided, with most questioning his intentions. One fan on X (formerly Twitter) wrote, “No MALICE? You went on a whole press tour spreading lies about you writing for her… what you’re doing is stalk-ish and obsessive.” Despite his statement, many fans continue to reference the former couple’s turbulent breakup, with some criticizing his past behavior towards the rapper. There were other users who came to his defense and echoed his sentiment. “I love the fact he doesn’t let his ‘hatred’ towards his ex hold him back from giving Nicki Minaj her flowers. Maturity is real,” one person wrote.
