Cardi B is opening up about her evolving relationship with social media, revealing that she has significantly reduced the amount of time she spends arguing online.

During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on March 24, the rapper reflected on the advice she would give her younger self. Looking back, she questioned her past behavior, saying she would ask herself why she spent so much time engaging in online arguments. Despite this reflection, she admitted that she once found those exchanges entertaining.

Host Jimmy Fallon suggested that she had completely moved on from that habit, but Cardi clarified that she has only reduced it rather than stopped entirely. She shared that there was a time when she would spend up to 13 hours going back and forth with people online, something she now recognizes as excessive.

Even with her efforts to scale back, Cardi continues to make headlines for her online presence. Recently, she had a public exchange with the United States Department of Homeland Security on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter. The interaction followed comments she made during a live performance, where she spoke passionately about protecting her fans in a hypothetical situation involving immigration enforcement officers.

Her remarks drew a response from the agency, which referenced her past controversies. Cardi fired back with her own response, shifting the conversation to broader issues and questioning why certain topics receive more attention than others.

The following day, during a performance in Las Vegas, Cardi experienced a minor mishap on stage when she fell off a chair while performing a popular track. She later joked about the incident, playfully blaming the government.

Outside of X, Cardi remains highly active on other platforms. In late February, she went live on Instagram, where she entertained fans with a quirky moment that involved eating ice from a bucket while chatting casually.

The rapper is currently on her Little Miss Drama Tour, supporting her 2025 album Am I the Drama?. During the opening night, she shared an emotional message with fans, encouraging them to protect their happiness and not allow others to take it away.

As she continues touring across major cities, Cardi’s candid personality and unfiltered presence remain central to her connection with fans, both on stage and online.
