In a turn of events during their ongoing divorce, Kandi Burruss has filed explosive court documents challenging the public persona of her estranged husband, Todd Tucker. In the filings submitted to a Fulton County court , the Grammy-winning songwriter and entrepreneur accused Tucker of failing to contribute to their children’s lives despite maintaining a popular “Daddy Daycare” brand on social media. Burruss, 49, stated that the image Tucker presents to his followers is a “façade” that does not reflect their reality.

According to the legal documents, Burruss claims that Tucker does not exercise meaningful parenting time with their two minor children, son Ace and daughter Blaze. She specifically called out his frequent “two-to-three-minute social media videos” which chronicle his “Daddy Daycare” routine, alleging that these snippets misrepresent his actual involvement. Beyond the time spent with the children, Burruss alleged that Tucker has failed to contribute financially to their “significant monthly expenses,” which include private school tuition, medical bills, extracurricular activities, and the costs of a nanny.

The filing further details a lack of financial support for the family home, with Burruss claiming she has been forced to shoulder the full burden of the mortgage and household costs. She noted that while Tucker has not offered monetary support for their children, he has traveled out of the country for multiple luxury vacations since their split. This financial dispute is at the heart of their “legal war,” as Tucker has previously filed a counterclaim seeking primary custody of the children and requesting that the court throw out their prenuptial agreement.

The tension between the former Real Housewives of Atlanta stars has also extended to holiday scheduling. Burruss accused Tucker of interfering with her designated parenting time, including an alleged attempt to block the children from traveling to New York to spend time with her during the recent Christmas break. Consequently, Burruss has asked a judge to establish a formal, court-ordered custody schedule to prevent further conflicts.
