A$AP Rocky has opened up about his greatest source of happiness — his life with Rihanna and their three children — and seemingly confirmed their marriage in the process. In a recent interview with _Perfect Magazine_ published on October 29, the 37-year-old rapper reflected on finding peace and purpose beyond fame. “Being a father and a partner and a loving husband in my family is what makes me really, really happy,” he said. “I hope this doesn’t sound cliché, and I would hate if it does, because that’s what honestly does get me going: being able to express myself creatively, being able to be a family man and being able to be an artisan.”
The rapper and Rihanna, both 37, share three children — sons RZA, 3, Riot, 2, and their newest addition, daughter Rocki Irish, who was born in September. When speaking to _Complex_ earlier this month, Rocky described his little girl as his “favorite thing I created this year,” proudly adding, “Shout out to Rocki Irish.” Even before Rocki’s arrival, the rapper expressed his hopes for a daughter. In an interview with _Elle_, he said, “I hope it’s a girl. I really do… I feel like it’s going to be a girl. This pregnancy is so different from the other two. I hope it’s a baby girl, man. I need that.”
Rocky’s use of the phrase “loving husband” has fueled ongoing speculation that he and Rihanna secretly tied the knot. It follows his teasing remarks in September when asked about marriage: “How you know I’m not already a husband? I’m still not gonna confirm it.” Despite keeping their relationship largely out of the spotlight, Rocky has often expressed how deeply he values family life. He has made it clear that his children are his biggest priority and that most of his energy and love are devoted to them.
Looking ahead, the rapper hinted in an interview with Entertainment Tonight in June that their family might continue to grow. He joked that they could end up like the large, close-knit Wayans family, adding that for him, it’s all about spreading love and embracing the beauty of family.
