Jamie Foxx didn’t hold back during his annual Halloween bash after a fan reportedly hurled an object at rapper GloRilla mid-performance.
The incident occurred Friday night at SKVLK Fest, a private Halloween concert Foxx hosts each year with his 17-year-old daughter, Anelise, at their Los Angeles home. The exclusive event, open only to guests aged 14 to 22, featured performances from GloRilla and several other artists, including Tyga and YK Osiris.
Footage from the night shows GloRilla pausing her set as something was thrown toward the stage. Moments later, Foxx grabbed a microphone, visibly furious, and demanded to know who was responsible.
“Who did it?” he shouted to the stunned crowd. “Why would you throw something at the stage, man? This is for free! Y’all don’t deserve this s—t, bro.”
Witnesses say Foxx’s frustration only grew as he realized the incident happened inside his own home. “You throw something in my house? In my crib? Nah, that’s not cool,” he said, before asking the crowd if he should shut down the party altogether, a suggestion met with loud boos.
GloRilla, 26, also fired back at the audience in another clip shared on social media. “I don’t care how young you is, you can get your ass beat,” she told the crowd. Despite the tension, she went on to perform her hits “TGIF” and “Yeah Glo!”, keeping the energy alive.
Foxx later acknowledged the chaos but praised his daughter for organizing what he called a “legendary” night. “Last night was iconic,” he wrote on Instagram. “@anelisefoxx started this Halloween party when she was 13, now it’s a full-blown festival. Proud of you.”
The Oscar-winning actor has hosted SKVLK Fest for several years, blending celebrity appearances with youth-oriented performances. This year’s edition, however, will be remembered less for its music and more for Foxx’s fiery defense of his guest, and his zero-tolerance stance toward disrespect.
