Chrisean Rock has directly addressed the recent swirl of internet rumors about her Twitch channel and her role as a mother. The reality star and streamer found herself at the center of controversy following a clip from her live stream at the “Streamer Prom” event in Los Angeles. In the footage, she’s seen asking a Twitch staffer to place her infant son, Chrisean Jesus Porter, into a car. Shortly after, viewers overheard employees inside the house expressing alarm as the baby cried unattended.
The video, whichh first circulated on June 19, 2025, via DJ Akademiks’ X account, quickly went viral. Commenters tore into Chrisean online, accusing her of abandoning her child for streaming purposes. One of the leaked conversations caught inside the stream even noted, “The baby is still out there crying, alone.”
Amid mounting backlash and rumors that Twitch had banned her, Chrisean took to Instagram Stories to set the record straight. She emphatically denied that her son was left unattended for any significant period or that she was permanently banned from the platform. Instead, she maintained that Twitch’s temporary suspension stemmed from a wardrobe issue, specifically, a cheetah‑print outfit that was briefly unzipped early in the broadcast.
“I was banned because my cheetah print outfit. It was unzipped when I first put it on stop with the fake narrative. My son was never put in the car my ppls was out front with him while I was on a call with his Dad,” she wrote, even posting a screenshot from her team’s Snapchat messages, which reportedly confirmed that inappropriate attire, not neglect was the issue.
As for Twitch, the company has not issued any public comment. According to BetterBanned, a livestream moderation tracker, Chrisean’s account remains flagged as suspended, though the precise grounds remain undisclosed.
