Kylie Jenner is facing legal action from a former employee who claims her experience working in the reality star’s household was marked by mistreatment and unfair conditions.
According to court filings, Angelica Vazquez began working as a housekeeper in September 2024 and was later assigned to Jenner’s Hidden Hills residence. In the complaint, Vazquez alleges that from the outset she was “treated with hostility and exclusion,” claiming she faced ongoing tension with fellow staff members and supervisors.
While Jenner is named as a defendant, the lawsuit does not accuse her of direct misconduct. Representatives for Jenner have not publicly responded to the allegations.
Vazquez claims she was “subjected to severe and pervasive harassment,” including being assigned the most difficult tasks, excluded from team activities and publicly humiliated. She further alleges she was targeted due to her race, national origin and religion, describing repeated derogatory comments about her background as a Salvadoran woman and practicing Catholic.
The filing also describes incidents in which supervisors allegedly shouted at her, snapped their fingers to get her attention and falsely accused her of wrongdoing. Vazquez claims her complaints to management were ignored or dismissed.
According to the lawsuit, the situation escalated in March 2025 when a supervisor allegedly threw hangers at her feet during a reprimand. Vazquez says the environment left her experiencing anxiety, severe stress and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder.
She took medical leave in July 2025 and resigned the following month, stating that the conditions had become intolerable.
In addition to claims of emotional distress, Vazquez alleges wage-related violations, including unpaid overtime, lack of proper breaks and unreimbursed expenses.
She is seeking damages and has requested a jury trial. Jenner and the named companies have yet to issue formal responses to the claims.
