GEORGIA WOMAN ARRESTED FOR FATALLY SHOOTING HER BOYFRIEND AFTER A NIGHT OUT.

Hannah Grace Cobb, who initially alerted the authorities to a fatal shooting has been arrested and charged with felony involuntary manslaughter. The shooting allegedly happened at around 5:45 on Sunday, February 23. Upon arrival, the officers found the lifeless body of 30- year old Telvin Osborne in the master bedroom with a single gunshot wound to the chest.

Osborne’s family have been vocal about the shooting on social media, attacking Cobb for claiming that she was cleaning her gun, therefore leading to her accidentally shooting him. Osborne’s family claims that it is absurd for Cobb to feel the need to clean a weapon after consuming alcohol. His older brother has raised concerns about a possible cover-up by the Burke County Sheriff’s office, claiming that Cobb may face minimal consequences for Osborne’s death.

“This girl wasn’t arrested and is about to get away with murder completely unacceptable and a failure of the system to prosecute! Sounds like a racist move,” Osborne’s older brother wrote. “ White privileged motivated. Sorry but I don’t buy it and she needs to be locked yo! It’s negligent to even consider cleaning a gun if that’s what happened, what if a child was there?”

“Nobody cleans a gun without unloading the mag and emptying the chamber. It literally can’t come apart for cleaning until doing that first and if she’s smart enough how to know how to clean a gun then she’s know basic safety is to never point a gun in any direction except the ground especially when unloading it. Never touch the trigger unless actively trying to shoot smh. I just put they put her ass under the jail,” a social media users chimed in, providing insights on cleaning a gun.

Osborne’s cousin shared a video of Cobb the same night/ morning she killed him, writing, “I strongly condemn your actions, simulating a (gun) being pointed at my cousin Telbo Rackins! Your decision to continue this behavior when you arrived home was irresponsible and disturbing, especially since he was unaware of your initial intentions.”
