The newlyweds got married in California on Saturday, Aug. 15, and five weeks later, they opened up about married life at the YSL Beauty Block Party NYC Edition in New York City on Saturday, Sept. 19.
During a joint interview with InStyle, Woods, 29, and Towns, 30, were asked about their favorite part of being married. They said that, aside from their wedding rings, not much has changed between them.
"Everything's still kind of the same except we get to wear..." Woods said before raising her left hand to show off her sparkling wedding band.
Towns quickly joined in, saying, "I've been dying to wear the ring, so."
The NBA star, who became a 2026 NBA Finals champion, and Woods, founder of Woods by Jordyn, exchanged matching Sixteen Stone wedding bands from Tiffany & Co. during their ceremony, according to Vogue.
Woods and Towns first met in Los Angeles in 2017 before beginning their romantic relationship in 2020. They made their relationship Instagram official in September of that year. Towns proposed to Woods on Christmas Eve 2025, and the couple announced their engagement the following day.
They married in a civil ceremony in Santa Barbara on Aug. 11, according to Vogue. Four days later, they held their wedding ceremony at a private home overlooking the ocean in Malibu.
They celebrated with family and friends, including some of Towns' NBA teammates, Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet, Hailey and Justin Bieber, Teyana Taylor, Michael B. Jordan, Jada Pinkett Smith, Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor.
Guests then moved into a reception tent to celebrate.
Looking back on their wedding day, Woods told Vogue that while she loved the beauty of the event, what stayed with her most was the atmosphere.
"Everything was beautiful, but what I remember most is the feeling in the room," she said. "There was so much love surrounding us, and you could genuinely feel how happy everyone was to be there witnessing that moment with us."
Woods added that they were intentional about every detail, including how they wanted guests to feel.
"It was authentic to us, it was filled with love, and I wouldn't change that experience for the world," she said.
