Simone Biles is getting back into action.
One week after being hospitalized for a health scare, the Olympian said that she and her husband, Jonathan Owens, were vacationing in Belize.
"We are going to my favorite vacation spot in the whole entire world today, which is Belize," Biles said in an Instagram video released on June 14. "My mom and her whole entire family were born and raised in Belize, and so I and my siblings actually have dual citizenship."
The 29-year-old then took followers along with her for the day as she conducted her morning routine, fed her dogs, and finished packing for the trip, all before she and her husband of three years went to the airport and landed in the South American country.
Biles' Instagram Stories also included photos from the couple's vacation, showing the gold medalist in a low-cut red swimsuit while Owens went fishing.
Fans were still intrigued about Biles' latest health crisis, but they will have to wait a little longer to find out more.
When asked when she would provide an update, Biles replied with a bandaged heart emoji, stating, "Not ready to talk about it just yet."
The gymnast originally shared the news of her ordeal on Instagram Stories on June 6, posting a snapshot of herself wearing hospital bracelets and captioning the image, "I'm not one to usually share things like this because I value privacy in today's age, but almost dying wasn't on my schedule card earlier this week.”
"This was one of, if not the scariest experience of my life," she said, "especially since Jonathan was in Indy for practices."
Biles stated that she would be resting in bed for the time being, adding, "I'll explain sooner or later, but thank you to my close circle for reaching out, checking in, visiting, and/or sending flowers. Love you all."
She also shared a photo of her rehabilitation at home and well-wishes from her friends, including several vases of flowers.
Biles posted a photo of herself relaxing in bed with her dogs and a screenshot of her heart rate, adding, "I'll be here."
