Cardi B sparked conversation during the opening night of her _Little Miss Drama Tour_ after delivering a provocative and partly humorous message about immigration enforcement while interacting with fans.
The rapper took the stage Wednesday at Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, California, launching the arena run with a high-energy set that mixed music and crowd engagement. During one segment of the show, she climbed onto an elevated platform while performing “La Cucaracha” and began speaking directly to the audience. As she scanned the venue, she asked whether there were Guatemalan or Mexican fans in attendance before pivoting to a remark referencing U.S. ICE.

“Bitch, if ICE comes in here, we gon’ jump they asses,” she told the crowd, prompting loud cheers from concertgoers.

She leaned further into the joke moments later, adding, “I’ve got some bear mace in the back! They ain’t taking my fans, b*tch,” before transitioning into her hit track “I Like It.”

The exchange quickly circulated online, adding to the ongoing conversation around artists addressing political or social issues during live performances. Cardi B has frequently spoken out on current events, and her comments came shortly after she publicly showed support for fellow performer Bad Bunny. She said she was “proud” of him for speaking out against ICE and acknowledged his stance during recent appearances, aligning herself with messages of solidarity voiced by some artists.

The Palm Desert concert marked the beginning of Cardi’s North American arena tour supporting her album _Am I the Drama?_, her latest
major release. The tour represents a significant milestone as she headlines venues across multiple cities, with upcoming stops planned in New York, Las Vegas and Chicago.
