Kanye West is facing a dramatic escalation in legal troubles as his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has filed a sweeping new amended lawsuit accusing him of nonconsensual sexual acts and troubling behavior, alleging he forcibly performed sexual acts on her and even offered her as a “sexual gift” to other men.

Pisciotta, who worked for West between 2021 and 2022, claims that during a business trip in San Francisco, West barged into her hotel room, kissed her without consent and later masturbated while touching her during a writing session. She alleges West forcibly kissed her, masturbated in front of her, and in one incident, entered her room uninvited, pinned her down and orally raped her while she was frozen with fear.

Aside from the physical assaults, the complaint alleges pervasive sexual coercion over time, ranging from obscene comments and demands for explicit photos to being locked in a plane bedroom while West masturbated. Pisciotta also reveals that West allegedly treated her as a transaction, “notoriously offering women as sexual gifts to men,” including presenting her in that manner, an allegation she says underscores a chilling degree of exploitation.

The lawsuit further accuses West of false imprisonment, emotional distress, and sex trafficking, claiming he used his power and influence to coerce her into degrading situations under the guise of professional opportunity. After she refused his advances, he allegedly retaliated by firing her and pursuing her through the Los Angeles apartment complex she lived in, therefore, eventually prompting her to move to Florida out of fear for her safety.

These accusations follow Pisciotta’s original 2024 lawsuit, which focused on sexual harassment, breach of contract, wrongful termination, and unpaid wages. At that time, West’s legal team vehemently denied her claims, labeling them “baseless” and accusing her of blackmail and extortion. In response to this new filing, West’s representatives have again refuted the allegations, calling them “absurd and outlandish fantasy fiction.”

For Pisciotta, the decision to return to court was rooted in confronting further violations she alleges occurred after her initial complaint including drugging during a studio session and continued barrages of harassment. She is requesting a jury trial and significant compensatory and punitive damages.
