Sean “Diddy” Combs has enrolled in several self-improvement and rehabilitation programs as he awaits sentencing following his conviction on two federal prostitution-related charges. Currently detained at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, the music mogul has begun participating in therapy, drug rehabilitation and the STOP program aimed at addressing domestic and dating violence.
These efforts appear to be part of a strategy to demonstrate accountability and a willingness to reform ahead of his sentencing scheduled for October 3, 2025. Prosecutors are seeking a prison term of approximately four to five years, while Diddy’s legal team is advocating for a significantly lighter sentence of 15 to 21 months.
It Is reported that Diddy began some of these rehabilitation efforts even before his arrest. He was said to have started attending a batterers’ intervention program through a New York-based nonprofit that focuses on domestic violence. Since his incarceration, he has continued these efforts from within the detention facility.
