Simone Biles’ recent vacation in Belize has reignited public speculation over possible cosmetic surgery. The Olympic gymnast, 28, posted several bikini-clad photos on Instagram that quickly drew widespread attention—not just for her fashion choices, but for thenoticeable change in her physique.

In the snapshots, Biles sported a Fendi bikini, gold accessories, and a relaxed glow as she posed alongside her husband, NFL player Jonathan Owens. Owens praised her look, commenting, “You so fine baby wheeewww .” Fans flooded her comments section with admiration, though many were quick to note the apparent increase in her bust size. "Baddie in Belizeeee ," read one comment, while others remarked she looked “unreal.”

The reaction sparked online buzz comparing her new photos to past images, including a Sports Illustrated shoot from January 2025. “Simone Biles with the breast aug!! She looks incredible,” speculated Dana Omari, a popular plastic surgery analyst who reposted the images on her Instagram Stories. Biles has not commented on the rumors, and her representatives have not responded to media inquiries.

While she’s remained silent on the breast augmentation chatter, Biles has previously acknowledged undergoing cosmetic procedures. In a TikTok shared last year, she discussed her experience with Botox: “For my 27th birthday I got Botox, like baby Botox, in my T-zone and I did not like it… I haven’t got it again,” she said.

Despite the ongoing speculation, Biles has frequently spoken about embracing her body image in the public eye. In a 2024 interview with Vogue, she reflected, “They focused on my hair. They focused on how big my legs were… but God made me this way.” She credited her athletic achievements to her natural physique, stating, “If I didn’t have these calves, I wouldn’t be able to tumble the way I do.”

The bikini photos also arrived days after a heated online exchange with former swimmer Riley Gaines over trans athletes in sports. Biles had called Gaines’ comments “truly sick” before apologizing, clarifying that her criticism targeted the tone and not the debate itself. “It starts with empathy and respect,” she said.

Biles’ evolution—from celebrated gymnast to vocal public figure navigating scrutiny—continues to spark layered discussions. As fans debate beauty standards and athlete visibility, her refusal to directly address rumors reflects a growing shift among celebrities: letting the image speak, without always offering an explanation.
