Halle Bailey is extending an invitation to a new person to join her universe.
During a sailing trip in Positano, Italy, nine months after declaring that she and DDG had ended their two-year romance, the Little Mermaid star clung to an unidentified male. Halle couldn't keep her hands off her reported flame, kissing and snuggling as they hit the open waters on a luxury boat, as shown in pictures released by TMZ on July 1.
Halle's boating partner was once spotted taking photos of her wearing a silver metallic bikini. Without naming the photographer, the actress captioned the photos when they appeared on Instagram on July 2 Just keep swimming.
The intense legal dispute between Halle and DDG over custody of their 18-month-old son, Halo, coincides with the affectionate sighting. The Moonwalking in Calabasas artist was accused by Halle in court filings of assaulting her during a January co-parenting handoff. I have done everything possible to avoid going to court, Halle stated in her filing. Even though Darryl is not with Halo and frequently leaves Halo with his mother, I have made an effort to appease him by giving him access to Halo. Regardless of my location and frequently at the last minute, I have arranged his visits. I understand that I cannot appease Darryl. I can no longer put up with this abuse. I can't continue to live this way.
DDG has refuted the abuse claims, claiming in his own court filings that Halle was the one who was abusive during their relationship.
In his application, he said that his former partner posed an imminent emotional and psychological risk to his son, for whom Halle is requesting sole custody, both legally and physically.
