Sean "Diddy" Combs’ twin daughters, Jessie and D’Lila Combs, attended their high school prom amid the ongoing criminal trial of their father.

The 18-year-old twins celebrated the milestone event on Saturday, May 17, at the Harbour House in Los Angeles. For the occasion, Jessie and D’Lila wore matching long red dresses and accessorized with coordinating corsages.

When asked about their late arrival, the sisters responded with a confident quip: "The party doesn't start until we walk in. Saved the best for last," as their dates carried them into the venue.

Diddy, who shares Jessie and D’Lila with the late Kim Porter, became a father to the twins in 2006. Porter, who passed away in 2018, was also the mother of Christian Combs and Quincy Brown—the latter shared with Al B. Sure!. Additionally, Diddy has other children: son Justin Combs with Misa Hylton (born in 1993), daughter Chance Combs with Sarah Chapman (born in 2006), and his youngest daughter, Love, born in 2022 with Dana Tran.

Diddy’s trial began on May 12 with opening statements. He was arrested in September 2024 and has pleaded not guilty to five criminal charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, as well as transportation for prostitution. The trial is expected to last several weeks, and Diddy is currently held without bail at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center. If convicted, he could face a life sentence.

Diddy’s six eldest children and his mother, Janice Combs, were present at the federal courthouse in New York City during the start of the trial. The family has been regular attendees at previous hearings. At the beginning of the proceedings, Diddy blew a kiss to his family seated in the gallery.

During testimony, Daniel Phillip, a male escort, claimed in court that Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura paid him to have sex with her while Diddy watched and masturbated. Jessie, D’Lila, and Chance left the courtroom on two occasions during the testimony.

Phillip also described witnessing violent behavior from Diddy towards Ventura. Prosecutors presented security footage from 2016 showing Diddy
assaulting Ventura—shoving her to the floor and kicking her while she lay still. The daughters remained in the courtroom while the video played, facing forward, whereas the sons watched the footage.

Jessie and D’Lila were also present on May 13 when Ventura took the witness stand for the first time.
